Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@pawviapet-shop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll walk you through the next steps. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
